Our story

A YOUTH CLUB FOR NOW

Springboard Youth Club is a community youth organisation for young people aged 8–14 — affordable activities, experiences, practical life skills and time together.

Springboard started with a simple thought: young people deserve somewhere affordable to go where they can be themselves, spend time with friends and try things they wouldn't otherwise get to try.

Schools do an enormous amount to give young people these experiences, and families do everything they can too. But curriculum time, budgets and household costs all have limits — and clubs, activities and trips have become more expensive.

Springboard was created to help fill that gap: high-quality youth provision, run alongside schools and other community organisations rather than in competition with them, at a price built to stay genuinely accessible.

Springboard Youth Club is currently applying for charitable status.
